About
My Journey..
With degrees in both Engineering and management, the world of photography was alien to me until I picked up my first "real" camera back in 2011, I however had a visual aptitude for as long as I can remember.
Initially, it was just another hobby outside my 8-6 grind. I took my camera along on the weekends, and photographed whatever caught my eye. I also loved exploring new places, and photography complimented my travels - and over time, I have dedicated tens of thousands of hours perfecting the art and craft of visuals, and it has thus become an integral part of who I am today.
I undoubtedly dedicate a lot of time and effort into my passion projects, but on a commercial end, I value long-term sustainability over short-term growth and incremental improvements over vanity metrics.
My artworks are predominantly nature inspired, and nature oriented - this includes Landscapes, Wildlife, and Astro-photography.
Geology, Paleontology, Ornithology, Natural History, Astrophysics and Anthropology are some of the other curiosity driven rabbit holes I occasionally find myself in, and my artwork reflects such subject matter.
A dilettante might probably be good word to summarize my dabblings in such matters.
